Our mission: Sowing Seeds of Wellness through music, farming, yoga philosophy, and sustainability education. Food, movement, music, and nature are universal languages worldwide, all essential to our emotional and physical nourishment. Our farm mission is an opportunity for us to connect with community members of diverse abilities and socioeconomic backgrounds while offering what we know to help others groove, grow, ground, and graze sustainably in an urban environment.

pop-up events grounded in our farm mission while featuring local small businesses, sustainability advocates, musicians, creators, educators, growers, and performers.
